• Payment is required at the time of order
• We accept all kinds of payment modes
• Custom orders require a 50% deposit
• Final payment is due before installation

4. Measurements and Specifications

Customers are responsible for providing accurate window measurements. While we strive for precision, we recommend professional measurement services for complex installations. Any changes to specifications after order confirmation may incur additional charges.

5. Delivery and Installation

We will provide estimated delivery and installation dates. While we make every effort to meet these dates, they are not guaranteed. Installation requires access to the premises and may be subject to scheduling availability.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our policy regarding returns and refunds:

• Custom-made curtains are non-refundable
• Standard items may be returned within 14 days
• Items must be in original condition
• Shipping costs for returns are customer's responsibility
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

7. Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on our curtains. Since we show you the material before installation, the warranty covers:

• Stitching and hemming defects
• Hardware malfunction

The warranty does not cover:
